Constipation

Constipation is really painful. I’ve experienced this way back when i was young and is very thankful to have not experienced it once again. Constipation, for those who don’t have any idea about this yet is the difficulty to pass bowel movement. Sometimes it can lead to poisoning you from the inside and can be very painful. One way to cure this is include lots of fiber in your diet for it can help you clean out your digestive system. There are lots of other constipation cure out there including the use of laxatives. Constipation is not something that you should take for granted. Once you have it, you must find a cure right away because it could endanger your health. But still the best way to avoid these is to eat and live healthy nothing more nothing less.

Happy Holidays!

Hey guys! Its my favorite time of the year once again. I thank God for every good and hard things that happened to me this year and for giving me the strength to conquer all my doubts and fear.

Merry Christmas to all my friends here in the blogging world!  :heart

Here I am again, finding a hard time to create a post and update my blog. Being busy with school and having lots of cleaning to do in our house are mainly the reasons why i haven’t been blogging that much. Plus I don’t feel comfortable opening my blog now that my mother and my grandfather is already here. Since i haven’t been updating for how many weeks now, I’ll try to enumerate them by bullets :3

  • Mother arrived together with my grandfather here in Davao last Monday. Father will go home next week, can’t wait!
  • We had our Intramurals 2011.  Engineering Bulls placed 1st runner-up overall! Congratulations to my college though i haven’t contributed something this year, maybe that’s the reason why we lost lol kidding :3
  • I never thought that graduating would be this costly. Yearbook, pictorials, graduation fee etc.
  • We had our Kris Kringle once again, i was a little bit disappointed with my gift but i appreciate the effort though. Maybe i’ll just buy my own.
  • Finally decided on which review center i would go. Was confused between “Excel” and ”RF”. I want to learn more rather than just memorize things that’s why i decided to go to RF”. Cebu see you soon :3
I think that’s all. Yeah i think you could call my life boring, but its the kind of boring that i love  :heart .
Anyways feel free to grab my gift above! Happy holidays and God Bless us all :)

Sugbu Experience

Hey guys! Finally, i found the perfect timing to write this post. So i will dedicate this post to my Cebu Trip last November 21-26. As you can see on my title I placed the word “Sugbu”. According to our tour guide the word “Sugbu” is the Cebuano term for “Cebu”, just sharing :) .

Anyways  the trip from Davao – Bukidnon – Cagayan de Oro was very long! I did not expect it to be like that, we left Davao at 9 in the morning and arrived at CDO by 6pm i guess we were just excited to see Cebu that we got impatient during the travel. By the way a total of 60 or more students participated in this trip, a total of 3 buses (ME, ECE, EE and Geology students) its one of the requirements for graduation.

We stayed at Crown Regency Hotel in Guadalupe, ate our breakfast, lunch and dinner on amazing restaurants (buffet). I would like to acknowledge “Golden Courie” for their hospitality and really great food yum yum yum (unlike other restaurants who were sometimes snobbish). Went to huge companies including DASH Engineering, Kyocera, Mitsumi, Sky Cable, Lexmark, PAG-ASA,PLDT Innolab, Excel Review Center, RF Review Center, Mactan Cebu Intl Airport,  MICS. And of course our trip to Cebu wouldn’t be complete without having side trips to some of the historical and tourist spots of Cebu.

My favorite place was their Basilica Del Santo Niño. The most amazing place i’ve been too. Even though it was crowded, the beauty of the place still shines through. The architecture of the church was amazing i felt like i was in Jose Rizal’s time when Spaniards still ruled our country. I was not able to take a good photo because a mass was taking place. Right outside the church was Magellan’s cross and in front of it was the City Hall.

I love Cebu because it is very rich in history and culture. Though as our tour guide told us Cebu is the safest place to be (he’s being sarcastic) and as what i have observed, they have so many tall buildings. There was this one street where you could see 7 hotels and the buildings there were very big and the architecture is just so amazing! Our tour guide also told us that Cebu is the fastest growing province here in the Philippines. They’re even extending their land with their SRP (South Road Properties), i don’t know the perfect term for this but they extended their land by covering some part of the sea. And it was huge! Huge malls are already in construction.

Actually company visits took up all of our time, of course its what we came to Cebu for. To be exposed to our field and maybe someday apply for a job. After our company visits, i would just stay inside the hotel and take some major rest instead of going out and having fun like my other classmates.

Another highlight was when we tried out kart racing. And that experience was just WOW! I want to to try it again and again :D it was my first time. Of course i was nervous at first, but after my first lap i got excited and wanted to go ahead of my classmates. Luckily no one got hurt unlike the last year’s batch.

Also my favorite was our Mactan trip. The place was much more peaceful and clean compared to the main city. Its a very historical place as you all know. Lapu-lapu is probably one of the most popular Philippine hero. It feels so great to be there.

I took a lot of photos but i can’t show them all here. Overall it was a really great experience! I miss it already. Though i’m probably going back there for my review. I’ll surely go to those places that i was not able to visit. I would like to thank the agency that is responsible for this amazing experience and making this trip possible “World of Adventures Travel and Tours” and of course, to our very funny tour guide who entertained us with his out of this world jokes and taught us a lot about Cebu “Kuya Renz”.

Now that its over, i’m back to reality. School, exams, quizzes and most of all REQUIREMENTS! Hope i’ll be able to get through all of them, good luck to me!

More Photos!  :heart

And oh btw! i bought my own guitar! yeah bought it from Mactan for 1200 php and was finally able to go to a Forever 21 store and bought shoes, they were on sale. Lucky! I’ll be posting some pics soon :)
